Terms and Conditions
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days unless stated otherwise on a product or banner such as a pre-order or home decor items.
Please allow for 10 working days following the dispatch of your order before contacting us due to delays from strikes.
We post using royal mail. Working days do not include weekends or strike dates. The tracking does not update until after a delivery attempt has been attempted are unable to provide any updates ourselves until after 10 working days.
Cancellations, returns & refunds:
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the consumer contracts regulations.
Your right to cancel an order starts the day you place your order for 14 days.
You would need to contact us via email before the cancellation period has expired your wish to cancel the order.
If you have the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take care of them and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge of the item if it is returned not in original state.
Once we have received the goods back and checked the state a refund will be processed within 14 days.
You lose the right to cancel an order if you have changed the original quality of the goods (e.g. unwrapped a bomb due to hygiene reasons).
You will not be refunded original or return postage costs for any reason other than if the product was damaged in post.
If you parcel was delivered before 10 working days the terms and conditions still apply.
If you have a personalised item, you can not cancel or change your order after 48 hours of placing the order. We will copy the text you provided for personalisation, if you have made a spelling error you MUST tell us before 48 hours as after this we are unable to refund or change the order.
If an item has arrived to you and it was damaged in transit then there is a guide we have to follow.
You must make us aware of any damaged items within 5 days of receiving your order as per tracking date shows, after this we will not be able to do anything.
Once you have supplied us with the information we need, we will then put a claim in with the courier used, once they have made a decision we will inform you of this. Their decision is final.
We can then either then refund your order or resend your order depending on their decision, the choice is to be made at your discretion.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
